This chapter covers how to perform routine maintenance on your OT-2, what to do if you require service for a problem, and summarizes the commercial service offerings provided by Opentrons. You should be able to perform the cleaning tasks described here by yourself, whereas service and repairs should be handled by Opentrons Support.
